摘要：自噬与正常妊娠及各种病理性妊娠有关。水泡状胎块（HM）中是否存在自噬尚不清楚。我们对36例HM和19例非水泡状胎块性妊娠进行了LC3B和p62的免疫组织化学研究，以精确确定它们在蜕膜、子宫内膜和绒毛中的表达。研究发现在将近一半的绒毛中存在LC3B，几乎所有绒毛中存在p62。LC3B在完全性HM中的表达显著高于部分性HM。LC3B在滋养层中呈现不同的表达模式。水泡状胎块中LC3B和p62的表达均高于非水泡状胎块性妊娠。结果表明，自噬标记物存在于HM中，它们在完全性和部分性水泡状胎块的表达有所不同。
